About Key Register

The Key Register System is a tool for automotive dealerships with a need to manage and track keys and the people who use them. The Key Register software is designed to accurately track vehicle keys, prospects, personnel and vehicle locations.

How Key Register Works

Your keys are secured and tracked by attaching them to key tags that are stored inside the Key Register drawer. Users gain access to the system using one or more login options, including user fob, username and password or biometric fingerprint reader.

Additional Features

Additional security features can be defined on the Key Register system to provide clients with an even greater level of security. For example, a Security Cam can be added to record individuals using the Key Register system throughout their session.

Other available features include drawer lockout by user, system access alerts and remote access capability for monitoring system activity and Security Cam files. The Key Register system also provides management with the ability to view reports on daily usage of the system.
